Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGZ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Cyclin-B1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with POGZ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGZ-to-partner and partner-to-POGZ results are reported.
