POGZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POGZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN2, NOBOX, and PF4V1. Each is linked with POGZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGZ-to-partner and partner-to-POGZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN2 grouped by POGZ-low versus POGZ-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
