Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POGLUT3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POGLUT3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher POGLUT3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POGLUT3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD and UCEC are the cancer types where POGLUT3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
