POGLUT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,567 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC5, PJA2, and DLAT. Each is linked with POGLUT3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT3-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POGLUT3 versus SMC5 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGLUT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGLUT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
