POGLUT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,321 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPATS2L, MYO1C, and P3H1. Each is linked with POGLUT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT3-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POGLUT3 versus SPATS2L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGLUT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGLUT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
