Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,433 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDNRA, JAM2, and EFEMP2. Each is linked with POGLUT3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT3-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT3 results are reported.
