POGLUT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,967 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB23, FKBP14, and GPC6. Each is linked with POGLUT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT2-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POGLUT2 versus RAB23 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGLUT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGLUT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
