POGLUT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,899 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, FRG1HP, and HMGB1P50. Each is linked with POGLUT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT2-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by POGLUT2-low versus POGLUT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGLUT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGLUT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
