POGLUT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with POGLUT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT2-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by POGLUT2-low versus POGLUT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGLUT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGLUT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
