Across TCGA cell cohorts, POGLUT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,271 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Protein O-linked glycosylation, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with POGLUT2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT2-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT2 results are reported.
