POGLUT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGLUT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNNBL1, SART1, and CGGBP1. Each is linked with POGLUT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT1-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POGLUT1 versus CTNNBL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGLUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGLUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
