Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGLUT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,774 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POGLUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF12, TMEM39A, and NEPRO. Each is linked with POGLUT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGLUT1-to-partner and partner-to-POGLUT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POGLUT1 versus KLF12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGLUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGLUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
