POGK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,628 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, RPRD2, and BROX. Each is linked with POGK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGK-to-partner and partner-to-POGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POGK versus GATAD2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
