POGK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, GATA6, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with POGK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGK-to-partner and partner-to-POGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by POGK-low versus POGK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
