POGK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POGK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 354 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are APCS, OR4F4, and MRGPRX2. Each is linked with POGK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGK-to-partner and partner-to-POGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APCS grouped by POGK-low versus POGK-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
