Across TCGA patient cohorts, POFUT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,707 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POFUT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, CRTAP, and POGLUT3. Each is linked with POFUT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POFUT2-to-partner and partner-to-POFUT2 results are reported.
