Across TCGA patient cohorts, POFUT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POFUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP1, RNU1-19P, and RNA5SP90. Each is linked with POFUT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POFUT1-to-partner and partner-to-POFUT1 results are reported.
