Across TCGA cell cohorts, POF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,417 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, Response to copper ion, and Positive regulation of endothelial cell development. Each is linked with POF1B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POF1B-to-partner and partner-to-POF1B results are reported.
