PODXL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODXL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,419 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODXL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLIN3, SMARCA4, and SMARCE1. Each is linked with PODXL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODXL2-to-partner and partner-to-PODXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PODXL2 versus PLIN3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
