Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODXL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,513 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PODXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAAT1, ZBTB10, and PIAS2. Each is linked with PODXL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODXL2-to-partner and partner-to-PODXL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PODXL2 versus PLAAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
