PODXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,876 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPD3, ZNF761, and STIP1. Each is linked with PODXL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODXL2-to-partner and partner-to-PODXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPD3 grouped by PODXL2-low versus PODXL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
