Across TCGA cell cohorts, PODXL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,091 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODXL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alcohol biosynthetic process, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Cerebral cortex GABAergic interneuron migration. Each is linked with PODXL2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODXL2-to-partner and partner-to-PODXL2 results are reported.
