PODXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PODXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAX4, C5orf52, and TBATA. Each is linked with PODXL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODXL2-to-partner and partner-to-PODXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAX4 grouped by PODXL2-low versus PODXL2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
