PODXL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODXL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODXL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIOK3P1, RSPO4, and IDUA. Each is linked with PODXL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODXL-to-partner and partner-to-PODXL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIOK3P1 grouped by PODXL-low versus PODXL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODXL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODXL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
