PODNL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,454 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODNL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, SERPINH1, and MRC2. Each is linked with PODNL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODNL1-to-partner and partner-to-PODNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PODNL1 versus PLAU in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
