PODNL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODNL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,433 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECI1, RN7SL464P, and GABBR1. Each is linked with PODNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODNL1-to-partner and partner-to-PODNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PODNL1 versus ECI1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
