PODNL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PODNL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 387 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PODNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-105P, RNU6-110P, and RNU6-933P. Each is linked with PODNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PODNL1-to-partner and partner-to-PODNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-105P grouped by PODNL1-low versus PODNL1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PODNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PODNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
