POC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,612 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP15, PPWD1, and CDK7. Each is linked with POC5 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC5-to-partner and partner-to-POC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POC5 versus UTP15 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
