POC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,685 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPWD1, KIF2A, and TBCA. Each is linked with POC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC5-to-partner and partner-to-POC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POC5 versus PPWD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
