Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,058 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIPR, RP1, and DNAH6. Each is linked with POC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC5-to-partner and partner-to-POC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POC5 versus GIPR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
