POC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,288 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDD1, OR1E3, and H4C7. Each is linked with POC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC5-to-partner and partner-to-POC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDD1 grouped by POC5-low versus POC5-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
