POC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Di-Ras3, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with POC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC5-to-partner and partner-to-POC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by POC5-low versus POC5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
