Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POC1B-GALNT4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POC1B-GALNT4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher POC1B-GALNT4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POC1B-GALNT4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

ACC, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where POC1B-GALNT4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
