POC1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POC1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with POC1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1A-to-partner and partner-to-POC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by POC1A-low versus POC1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→POC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
