Across TCGA cell cohorts, POC1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,798 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POC1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Regulation of mitotic spindle checkpoint, and Attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with POC1A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POC1A-to-partner and partner-to-POC1A results are reported.
