PNRC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNRC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,077 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNRC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, LRRC47, and LZIC. Each is linked with PNRC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNRC2-to-partner and partner-to-PNRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
