PNRC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,594 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNRC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX7, TLN1, and QKI. Each is linked with PNRC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PNRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNRC1 versus STX7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
