PNPO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,727 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMT1, NPEPPS, and TOM1L1. Each is linked with PNPO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPO-to-partner and partner-to-PNPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPO versus NMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
