PNPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-47P, RNU6-741P, and GPR75-ASB3. Each is linked with PNPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPO-to-partner and partner-to-PNPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-47P grouped by PNPO-low versus PNPO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
