Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,151 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Regulation of autophagosome maturation, and Regulation of myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity. Each is linked with PNPLA6 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA6-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA6 results are reported.
