PNPLA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONP1, TTLL12, and ERI1. Each is linked with PNPLA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA6-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONP1 grouped by PNPLA6-low versus PNPLA6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
