PNPLA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,799 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYK2, RAB11B, and XAB2. Each is linked with PNPLA6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA6-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA6 versus TYK2 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
