Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,333 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Regulation of autophagosome maturation, and Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with PNPLA6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA6-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA6 results are reported.
