PNPLA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,929 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FASN, PHGDH, and TAOK3. Each is linked with PNPLA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA3-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA3 versus FASN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
