PNPLA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,388 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3912, RNA5SP462, and MIR6803. Each is linked with PNPLA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA3-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3912 grouped by PNPLA3-low versus PNPLA3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
