PNPLA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNPLA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, PKC-b-II_pS660, and ATM. Each is linked with PNPLA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA3-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by PNPLA3-low versus PNPLA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
