Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,797 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to disaccharide, Response to sucrose, and Response to 3,3',5-triiodo-L-thyronine. Each is linked with PNPLA3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA3-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA3 results are reported.
