PNPLA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PNPLA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNPLA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM7, SI, and CCT4. Each is linked with PNPLA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNPLA3-to-partner and partner-to-PNPLA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM7 grouped by PNPLA3-low versus PNPLA3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNPLA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNPLA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
