PNP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,304 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPG, PLEKHG3, and RRM2. Each is linked with PNP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNP-to-partner and partner-to-PNP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
