PNOC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,965 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PNOC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNDC5, SEPTIN6, and HCLS1. Each is linked with PNOC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNOC-to-partner and partner-to-PNOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNOC versus TXNDC5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
